1. Cancellation Policy

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our resume writing services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

2.1 Full Refund

A full refund may be issued if:

• You cancel within 24 hours of payment and before work has started
• We are unable to deliver the service as promised
• There is a technical error that prevents service delivery

2.2 Partial Refund

A partial refund may be considered if:

• You're not satisfied with the quality despite multiple revision rounds
• The service does not meet the agreed specifications

2.3 No Refund

No refund will be provided if:

• Work has been completed according to specifications
• Final documents have been delivered and accepted
• 30 days have passed since initial delivery
• You fail to provide necessary information for service completion

3. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of our unlimited revision policy. We're committed to getting your documents right and will work with you until you're satisfied.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
